These terms apply when you use our website, upload a photograph, request a preview or buy a calendar.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the applicable consumer protection law.
1. What we sell
We make personalized 2027 wall calendars starring one adult woman. Each made-to-order calendar includes a cover, twelve monthly personalized scenes and a digital pack containing the thirteen artwork images.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18. By requesting a preview or placing an order, you confirm your details are accurate and that the woman shown is an adult (18+) and has given permission to create this calendar.
3. Photos you upload
You keep all rights you hold in your photograph. You grant us a limited license to use it only to create and send previews, create and review your calendar, print and deliver it, provide support, and remake it where needed. We do not sell your photographs or use them in advertising without separate, express permission.
4. Photo quality
Upload one photograph of her alone, with her face visible and facing the camera, in good light, without sunglasses, hats covering the face or strong filters. An unsuitable photograph may affect the result, without limiting your rights under the applicable consumer protection law.
5. Free preview
Before payment, we create a personalized cover only. Your twelve monthly scenes are created after you order. An email address is required so we can send your preview link and privately restore it. Free previews are unlimited by default; we may apply protective limits or pause requests to prevent misuse.
6. Artistic variation
The scenes are rendered by our cutting-edge generative system from the supplied photo, stylized and sometimes humorous. Clothing, pose, setting, hairstyle, lighting and physical details may vary. We guarantee framing, composition, color and print craftsmanship, but not 100% identical facial replication. Your free cover preview shows how our system renders her likeness before you buy; completing your order confirms you accept this artistic style, and refunds are not issued on the basis of likeness, personal preference or artistic interpretation. Severe rendering defects (such as missing limbs or an entirely incorrect scene) are reviewed for a digital re-render.
7. Parody and trade marks
Our original compositions pay affectionate tribute to broad genres. They are not connected with, sponsored by or endorsed by any studio, film, character or rights holder.
8. Orders, changes and cancellation
Production may begin shortly after payment. Contact us promptly if something needs correcting or you wish to cancel. If production has not started, we will reasonably try to make the change. Personalized orders already in production are subject to our Refunds & Quality policy and applicable consumer protection law.
9. Your details
Check her name, email, delivery address, ZIP code, apartment or unit information and quantity before ordering. Tell us quickly if anything is wrong.
10. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. Shopify processes payment. We do not store complete card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorized.
11. Our providers
We may use service providers for hosting, image creation, payment, printing, email and delivery, and those providers may change. Leading Lady remains your point of contact for the order.
12. Delivery
Tracked shipping is free within the US. The current estimated delivery period is 2–5 business days. Estimates are not guarantees and delays can occur for reasons outside our reasonable control.
13. Digital pack
Your private pack contains the cover and twelve scene images as high-quality JPEG files, without calendar grids. You may download, save, share with family and friends, and post them on personal social accounts. You may not resell them, use them commercially or use them to make competing products. The pack is emailed automatically once the courier marks your calendar as delivered. Download promptly: private digital links expire 30 days after delivery, and resending does not extend that expiry. Paid-order media files are deleted 30 days after delivery, except where support places them on hold; unpurchased preview files are deleted after 30 days.
14. Our intellectual property
Our name, logo, templates, calendar design, written content and brand remain ours or our licensors’ property. Your limited personal license to the delivered artwork is set out above.
15. Prohibited use
You must not upload photographs without permission, photographs of minors, illegal or abusive material, or use the service for impersonation, harassment or unlawful conduct. We may refuse or cancel an order. If we cancel for reasons not caused by you, we will refund the affected amount.
16. General terms
Our Privacy Policy and Refunds & Quality policy form part of these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited only where the law allows. We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control. We may update these terms for future use and orders. US federal law and the applicable law of the US state or territory with the closest connection to the transaction govern these terms.
